I had my first experience with cosmetic injections at faceIQ medspa, and I’m honestly so glad I went. Jennifer was my injector, and she made me feel completely safe and supported throughout the whole process. I’ve always been scared of needles and cautious about putting anything into my body, especially my face. But Jennifer was so patient and kind. I had a million questions, and she took the time to answer every single one. She also really studied my facial structure and focused on what I personally wanted to improve. She wasn’t pushy, never tried to upsell me, and only did what was needed to create the results I asked for. That helped me trust her instantly. She used a new neurotoxin called Letybo in my forehead to target deep lines, uneven brows, and overall facial symmetry. The results kicked in so fast. My forehead is smooth, my brows are even, and my natural expression looks more lifted and open. I’ve had long-term issues with sinus swelling, so I’m still waiting for some of that to go down. Even now though, I’m amazed at how much better I look and feel. The space at faceIQ is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The staff is friendly, and the energy is calm. I’ve been deeply depressed for a long time and stopped taking care of myself. I felt guilty spending money on anything that didn’t feel essential. But something clicked when I learned that we store sadness between our brows and that treatments like this have even been studied for their effect on mood. I realized this could be one small way to reconnect with myself and start investing in my healing. I’ll be posting before-and-after pictures once the swelling clears up, but I needed to share this now. If you’ve been unsure or nervous, I truly recommend Jennifer and faceIQ medspa. FaceIQ is a clean medpsa located in the YMCA in Monument. Super easy to find and the office is adorable. I made a consultation with Jen earlier this year to see about first time lip filler. Jen is very kind and takes the time to really get to know what you want and explain everything in great detail. I have a smaller lip anatomy and the shape of my lips are harder to inject. She was honest with me about expectations for my anatomy and went over all the complications that could happen. This is what separates a good injector from a GREAT injector…full disclosure. Even though I did wind up with complications, she knew just what to do and has been persistent and extremely patient in making sure we slowly but surely get the outcome I want and exactly what I paid for. She has gone above and beyond for me! I also had my first Jeuveau injections with Jen and she was conservative with dosing at my request and I am enjoying those results. I am looking forward to receiving aesthetic treatment from Krystal soon, as well.

Absolutely loved this place!!!! The atmosphere was stunning. Jennifer was so knowledgeable & sweet. I walked out of there feeling Amazing!!! I will be definitely going back.
